Brand new only used once. It has an aftermarket headstrap with rechargeable battery pack that connects to it. Also has aftermarket controller grips with removable strap. Aftermarket stuff makes it a lot more comfortable to use, but I still have all of the original accessories plus charger. I also have the box but I don’t have the sleeve that originally came with it. All thats listed is included.
